To maintain the skill level of our contractors,
and to improve skill capability as new technology emerges,
Data#3 provides access to a comprehensive on-line
learning program to our contractors - the same program that
our own permanent employees utilise to increase their knowledge.
This training is provided free to all SCL contractors that
Data#3 has contracted and can also be used for
those who may require some updated skills prior to commencement.
Our goal is to support the contractor's 'educational curve'
through this innovative online software that can be accessed
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and assists with their continued
professional and personal development.
This exciting learning tool can be accessed from the convenience
of any laptop or desktop computer. The online courseware and
books cover a wide range of curriculum that covers areas such
customer service, sales, IT technical, ITIL, IT Certification,
finance, project management, leadership, management, human
resources, consulting skills, strategic planning, business
analysis and more.
With over 2000 courses, over 100 professional and IT certification
courses in 17 languages, and 8000 books from over 100 publishers
we can provide significant professional development opportunities.
