Professional Indemnity Insurance

Data#3 has implemented a service for contractor's who require Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance when operating through their own Pty Ltd Company.

Data#3 takes the position that it is necessary for contractors to be covered for both of these insurances regardless of the role that they are in. This is because the contracts that we sign with our clients always have a clause whereby we guarantee the contractors are covered in the event of an incident.

The cost for both of these insurances for a Pty Ltd Company can be as high as $3000-$4000 per year, and this initiative provides a simple hourly pro-rata charge significantly less than that amount.
