Our Contact Program

Data#3 People Solutions has developed a plan of contractor contact and management that is flexible to the needs of both the individual contractor and our customer. We provide the opportunity for our contractors to mix and socialise with contractors from within the contracting organisation – as well with those that we may have employed in a variety of other sites.

This interaction would also include those contractors that Data#3 employ for our own business. The method we utilise for this contact and the frequency of it are kept fluid and adaptive to specific individual needs. There is however, an expectation that some form of monthly contact is maintained.

This contact could be in the form of emails, telephone calls and visits - including coffee or the provision of morning tea to the contractors. In addition to this, the Account Executive may take the contractors to lunch, drinks nights or invite them to special events that we have, including IT technical briefings or industry news.
