The Data#3 Graduate Program is a one-year structured program aimed at providing graduates with a fast and comprehensive career development program and assist in the transition from study to work.
Data#3 recognises the enormous value graduates offer to the workforce and therefore aims to recruit high performing graduates with a diverse range of skills and qualifications. We offer graduate positions across a number of areas in IT, for 2008 we are looking for graduates who are interested in the following areas:

The key aspects of our program include:
- One week induction: This aims to familiarise new employees with Data#3’s working environment and solution offerings.
- Business skill development: Business skills training will be offered during your career at Data#3. This will include multiple learning events aimed at increasing your business awareness, competencies and behaviours identified as ‘key’ to your career development.
- Technical training & certification: Technical training will be provided through the Data#3 School of Excellence, e-Learning Program or through Vendor aligned training courses this aims to increase your technical knowledge.
- Mentoring Program: You will be assigned a mentor/s to assist you with On The Job Training, skill development, establishing strong networks within the business and help plan your career.
- Graduate Projects: During the graduate program you will be given the opportunity to undertake business projects where you will learn project management and team skills while focusing on a specific business outcomes.
- Social and networking opportunities: It is expected that during the Graduate program you will be involved in social activities and networking functions to gain a broader network within the IT industry. This will be through attending user group, vendor networking functions and Data#3 events.
- Community project: The Graduate team will be given the opportunity to manage a community project for Data#3, in support of our Corporate Social Responsibility program.
During the Data#3 Graduate program you will be given regular opportunities to review and revive feedback on your progress. Clear performance indicators will be set and reviewed. There will be monthly ‘catch-ups’, a formal 10 week review, 6 month review and 12 month review (when the graduate program is coming to completion).
Eligibility / Pre-requisites:
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Data#3 Graduate program:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or hold an Australian working visa
- Must have completed or in the process of completing a Tertiary qualification in the field of Information Technology
